Gameplay Possible Sion Bug Q and R doesn't work

Late into a game as sion i sometimes loose by ability to use my Q and R. it would happen in big team fights. i noticed in those fights i would get knocked up often i would be mashing my q during the fights i would not be able to use my q and r ability for the rest of the game i can hear the sound in game of me pressing q and r and clicking the actual ability wont do anything that would be gg for my team
