[CLIENT] Keyboard and Mouse unresponsive

I'll be playing a game, then all of the sudden my mouse and keyboard stop doing anything in the game. I can't tab out or anything while this happens. I'm forced to restart my computer every single time, and I've gotten placed on Leaverbuster because of it.

I get the bug pretty often. Although it seems unrelated, it often happens when I use Steam voice chat. It seems to get more common over time.

I use a Logitech G500s mouse (it uses 3rd party applications, and I haven't checked to see if disabling it helps). I use a Late 2011 MacBook Pro. It has a 2.3 ghZ Intel Core i5 processor and 16 gigabytes of RAM. It has a Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB graphics card.
