After Jhin Utl my camera locked and cannot get unlocked

I met twice this bug in 3 games while after Jhin utl,my camera locked and I cant unlocked by press Y,in fact I cannot do anything.I fix it by left game and reconnect.Can you help fixing this?XD By a crazy Jhin fan.
