[MASTERIES] - Profile won't open

I got a little alert to upgrade my new masteries when I tried to open my profile, the little clock icon appears and never goes away. Also my summoner icon won't appear, it will also not let me select any of my summoner icons. I can open everything else normally, but my profile, it's obviously related to the new update, since on my pbe account, it's all normal.
