FIX GALIO RITO

I know not a lot of people play Galio so no one probably haven't noticed this little bug that really needs fixing hahahaha but seriously . Galio's W shield **does not grant an assist **when placed on a friendly champion. And if this is done purposely (hopefully not) I believe Galio's shield should give an assist considering that it gives the champion armor and mr which overall helps in the fight....
