Darius passive not working correctly

I would send a video clip in the attachment but i can't access the replays due to the recent already known issue. Today i played a normal game as Darius and i noticed that i couldn't get the 5th stack on his passive while laning against Nasus. At first i though it was a misplay on my behalf but after the 3rd time it didn't go off i realized that there was something more to it. Later on i spent the rest of the game testing this to see if its really a bug and 3/5 times the passive doesn't go off, so i would appreciate it if the bug fixing team would look into this. Thank you.

could you be more specific, does the animation play? the sound que? if not are you positive you just weren't auto canceling? is the AD not being received? what combination of buttons/autos did you use when it seemed the bug would occur?

not that im from the coding team but if your to report a bug be sure to mention every detail possible. so that if any1 important were to see this post they would have at least the resources available to efficiently attempt to recreate the bug. (which is where all bug squashing typically starts)

other varibles other than the ones you control are worth mentioning, was he in brush or just enter it? was he using an abiltity at the moment passive was applied? did either of you level up during the bug? ect.
