Dc from flex game and now can't Login in

Bug? Was in flex game with normal ping /fps when i get attempting to reconnect so i exit out only to not be able to log back in i keep getting error? my internet is fine also i keep seeing people post about the same problem :l some1 help pls

I played rank, dc'd from the client after. I also cannot log back in now.Thresh
