[GAMEPLAY] Draven Spinning Axe Bug

As Draven i had a Bug, where one Spinning Axe just keeps spinning without a charge. When i activated Q, it looked like i actually had 2, but I had only one. Additionally I wasnt able to get a second charge.

I have no replay and I dont know how to reproduce it, but when i know, I will add it here.
