Champion select bug

Me and my friends were queue up together in blind pick 5v5 (we were 3) , and we accepted a game. but then our 3 league of legends turned black during the Champion select. We waited to see if something would happen, but no, nothing happened. So we restarted our clients. We expected to get a 5 minutes waiting because we "dodged" . But no, nothing at all. We didn't get any penalty but I decided to report the bug anyways ^^
