Problem with Masteries

Done a Draft Pick, played Lucian, and after changing AP runes to AD runes decided to make my masteries right there since I forgot to make AD masteries. Midway I was unable to click the masteries (third row in Ferocity) and it said I spent points in it and it had a blue outline around it but the picture was gray and it said I still had 6 points to spend.

Yeah, I had the same problem earlier, the masteries wouldnt light up, but they would play the sound, and once getting in-game the masteries I put in were activated. I was on the new client, and I haven't tested it on the legacy client, so I don't know if its client specific. It affected all my other mastery pages aswell.
