Can't log in back in the middle of the game

Is this normal ussue ? i got the keep reconecting text while playing a game in normal, then suddenly i close the client to try to relog in as it seems like there's a lost connections issue, but then i have been trying to log in continuously but couldn't for the past 5min . As may be seen in the image i kept have that error message but in the statue page there seem no mainteance going on.
