[GAMEPLAY] - Twisted Treeline - Blackfire Torch

In regards to the removal of Deathfire Grasp/ Blackfire Torch in the 5.2 patch, apparently bots are still able to purchase/use Blackfire Torch in Twisted Treeline. Just a request to further push the complete removal of the item.
