Game keeps freezing

Ever since I updated to 5.17 it keeps freezing and keeps disconnecting me from games and i might get suspended for or get a probation this is very crap and i need help asap because this is very unfair for me and my teammates that i play with Please help as soon as possible and everything is slowing down. I have already reset my internet and nothing. If anyone can take the time to help it will be very appreciated.
