Skin for lvl 6 mastery

Hi, i am not familiar with forum and not an english native, so please don t mind any mistakes before solving my problem, please! I am the owner of acc: Universe777 I had Akali skin, but i activated it before forging with 2 lvl 6 tokens, now skin is not in inventory to do that. Now i reached 2 tokens with Shen. Before that, i had a permanent skin in inventory, which disappeared... I not activated it, because i know that from Akali to keep it, so i ve keep it for lvl 6 (because i love Shen). Even if you mind that i wrongly activated it, the prove is that i don t have available that skin (Crepuscular Shen) in game starting, even in Shop section. So...where is that skin ? i need to upgrade Shen lvl 6... Ty

ok first i would suggest you quickly remove your email from this post unless you wan a flood of password resets.

Hey Universe777,

First of all you might want to remove your email from your post. No Rioter will require you to post that on the boards and it lets other people see it (If that bothers you).

First of all can you confirm that you don't have Mastery 6 on Shen now? You may need to relog into the client. If you are still having issues I suggest that you submit a ticket and get a Riot support member to help you.
