[Gameplay] Zyra ingame passive bug.

I was just vs a master yi and when I died after he killed me, I noticed that my passive never went off but rather as soon as i turned into a plant, I was never allowed a choice with any of my skills for the passive to fire. I grayed out almost immediately after i turned into a plant and it happened twice. I have a good idea of how the bug works but I cannot replicate it because I only have one cpu to play with atm. I noticed that I was taking 'burn damage' as a plant with either red buff ticking or the challenging red smite. This happened twice and it was more noticeable the second time when master yi red smited me and i died within a second. This situation happened before where as soon as i reached 0 health, I would turn into a plant but my skills won't turn into the nipple piercing icon. Thank you have a good day.
