Katarina's Q R and Recall bug in mid game, 9000 ping all disconnect same for the other team

The following bug happend to me 1 and 2 days in a row. i willl be mid game ranked with my friend 5vs5 Katarina then all of a sudden my q r and recall will not work on target! I can click the hot key but cannot click onto target! It will not work manually either. Why ? I reboot my computer but no. My friends win 4vs5 and fater in custom game i will use my q, r and recall. I nearly lost my game and lose PL. The seconde bug it's yesterday, all team disconnect. We have 9999 ping after 500 and we can't reconnect. The same for the other team. (Look the screen) We create game in Teambuilder. Tired of these bug !!! Why riot these bug in two days and to the same hours. Thanks to read that and have a nice day :)

hey friend this katarina bug thingy has been annoying me too i have a theory about whats causing it im hoping riot reads my theory or atlast i get some feedback on it to see if maybe im right... but would u mind checking out my post im trying to get riot to pay attention to this annoying katarina bug because its been occuring for months and riot doesnt seem to care about it (i guess riot really does hate assassins ;-;) http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/xf26JEUk-katarina-r-q-and-recall-randomely-stopped-working-gameplay
