Titanic Hydra Bugs with Mordekaiser Q

I played Mordekaiser in the practise tool and i found out that Titanic Hydra sometimes doesnt work when Mordekaisers Q-Ability is activated. (On minions) I added a video of it.

i have bugs with titanic hydra most games i buy it, when u proc the animation it either doesnt go or it does not proc damage at all.
