Can somebody help me?

So I'm having the same exact problem as the guy in the video has and I can't buy any items. I tried restarting my client, checked my key bindings and nothing is working. If anyone knows how to fix it, pleeeeeeeeeeease tell me so I cant continue playing. Thank you!
