Can't log in after activating and linking my Twitch Prime

In twitch prime it says I have claimed my loot, and that it will be available for me when i log into league of legends. The accounts were definitely linked. I had league of legends open at the time and didn't receive any loot after a couple of minutes so I logged out. Ever since, I haven't been able to log in for about an hour.
