[Gameplay] I kept on getting the "You aren't connected to the internet bug"

I was trying to join a ranked game when I got the you aren't connected to the internet bug. I kept on trying to join but it wouldn't let me. When I finally started joining my team remaked and I went from 75 lp to 57 and got a 20 minute leaver buster. I was clearly connected to the internet since I was able to send messages on skype and load websites. wtf riot fix this. This is the 10th time this exact thing has happened to me. I've reinstalled league a couple times and I'm not the only one to get this problem.
