ban timers because of server problems?!

I understand it may be a big problem to solve but come on i have 20 minute timers for 5 games because of the server problems. I dont purposely leave games and when I do leave a game, i take the punishment but this i feel isn't worth it when riot had server issues and was the reason for me not being able to connect. ( sorry this is just for me to vent my anger)
