Help with a weird but annoying bug!!

So i've been having this issue a while now and no matter what i've tried it doesn't seem to get fixed so the problem is that i can never pick the default ward skin on champ select and whenever i pick it, it just by itself reverts automatically back to the previously chosen one. I have no idea why please provide me with a suggestion, or fix the problem.
