Kleds abilties

Hey guys, sorry if this is a stuipid question, im pretty new to league forums. I was wondering why Kled's abilities when he is dismounted are not shown on the store, it seems that they should be as champs like nidalee which change form have two different sets of abilities shown on their store pages.
