Whenever I select green or gold Bard Bloom chroma pack colors, I am always turned blue. Happens 100% of the time for me.

First off, sorry that you're experiencing this problem. Would you mind providing me some more details about your situation?
What mode do you experience this on? Are you playing solo or with others? If you select a different Bard skin (even just classic Bard) in Champ Select and then switch to a chroma, do you still experience this issue?
Have you experienced this before?
Have you tried patching your client already?
