Low Priority Bug?

I've gotten the Leaver Buster low priority penalty for leaving a game because personal situations. I've been trying to play off my 5 games for the past two days now(20 minute waits),but something weird keeps happening after I'm done with the 20 minutes where the matchmaking timer just stops. After the 20 minutes the queue timer just stays at 20:01 forever.
