Tahm Kench Ult Status - [GAMEPLAY]

On Tahm Kench, your ultimate status (R - Abyssal Voyage) always displays READY for your teammates. The green circle on top of his head (Right UI by default) is green all the time as soon as you unlock the ability level 6.

This is a long time bug (more than a year) and I take the time to submit it because I always need to ping my ultimate status to avoid misunderstanding. I don't think any items, masteries or runes are involved, it seems to happen all the time.
