[Champ Select]

The problem arises when I buy a champion. After purchase, for an undocumented amount of time spanning longer than one would thing a server would take to refresh an account, the champion that I buy doesn't show up as a pickable champion, people can trade me the champion, but I can't see pyke in my champion pool.
