Continuous dropped server connection after most recent patch

Ping is consistently normal. Keep disconnecting from the game even when hard-wired into modem, lowering all image quality, and turning off snow map. Over extended periods, I am able to move my champ but not cast any spells, and all minions will lose their health bars. This did not start happening until the most recent patch.
