I just Opened a Hextech Chest and I got an emote; but it's not in my Collection?

I just opened a Hextech chest, and I got the smoochie(I believe thats what its called) emote. I added it to my collection and when I went to equip it, it was't there. I went to check my collection, and it also wasn't there. What do I do in this situation? Can I get a refund for the Chest?
