League Client Delayed, Ban selection goes to 0 and freezes, cant create a lobby.

So I switched computers, my old one league was running fine, and then i switched computers and league just didnt work properly. I got onto my account and I noticed everything was laggy. Whenever I wanted to create a lobby i was just there clicking the button a thousand times. When I finally got into my lobby i chose my roles and everything, then I got a grey Find Match Button, after 20 seconds I was able to click find match. When I found a match and accepted it, it would freeze on match accepted and then I restarted client and LOST LP because of it. I logged into my other account and the same thing happened. I've tried uninstalling it, I did all the troubleshooting nonsense and nothing worked. Literally all because of a computer switch the client will not work and I have to wait 30 min queue timers now. Please help me fix this, or give me some help on what to do. I literally tried everything, from resetting to default on internet options, to disabling firewall, to resetting modem, to literally everything. Please help on what I need to do.
