[GAMEPLAY] Lux bot is a cheater.

In a recent custom match on Twisted Treeline with 4 player characters, 2 bots, Lux purchased a Blackfire Torch and proceeded to destroy literally everyone. In case you didn't know, Blackfire Torch was removed from the game in 3.10. I'm not sure how she got it, nor why the item data is still in the code, but I'm 99.9% sure that she shouldn't be able to by it.
