Loot and Crafting Inventory [CRASH]

Every time I complete a game and I am at the end game lobby with all player stats, your grade, the ip you earned, etc. and I click my loot and crafting inventory while still in the end game lobby, my client crashes. When I load up league again it says the instance is still running but nowhere in sight.
