Chat problem still happened unable to lock in or select champion

It also happened on the runes page, I was unable to lock in champ or minimize the conversation tab. So I was unable to lock in my champ for the ranked match which is really crummy. Here is the screenshot of the runes page https://gyazo.com/b04a521262c746049e278376f06aa750

The no chat bug happened earlier but was then resolved, it came back in between matches for me.
