my wright clicks won't work (mac client)

I have been having a problem were none of my right clicks will work. They work outside of league but currently i am unable to play. i have had this problem before but after a certain patch it went away. any ideas on how to fix this or why its happening

P.S om on macbook air laptop i know its bad for gaming
