Sejuani Not Avalable

After logging in, on my summoner page it said i did not own Sejuani, even though i was gifted and have played many games with her. I own the skin Bear Cavalry Sejuani, and it even says i still own it, but not the champion. Ive tried logging on and off multiple times but she still is unavailable even in Champ Select. Please help Sejuani is one of my fav champs.
