Cannot Reconnect back to the game i've joined

hello, i hope someone can help me out, but recently after i have downloaded the new patch 6.1 i keep getting bug splats. Also after i have joined a game, the champion loading screen will not appear nor will open. I have no idea whats going on, i have checked my scanners and windows everything is good and up to date. Please if there is any solution id really appreciate it.
