Kassadin's Nether Blade is bugged

When Kassadin uses his skill Nether Blade and attacks a tower, instead of buffing his damage against the tower or even keeping his damage the same, he does decreased tower damage when having this skill active. Kassadin's regular autoattack Kassadin with Nether Blade active
