Jinx Fervor of Battle

I'm not sure if it's intended or not, but when taking the Fervor of Battle mastery on Jinx it has no effect. I believe this is because her basic attacks are counted as her Switcheroo! ability.

Same thing with Vayne, i think the mastery itself is bugged.

Does it have no effect on Jinx at all? Or only no effect when she is using rocket launcher? Are you not building any stacks? Or are you getting stacks, but not noticing any increase in damage output?

I need more specifics if I want to try replicate. Thanks.
