[Gameplay]Tryndamere ult not working

I have seen this in game, my friend had me post it because he doesn't know how but here goes. It seems as though the tryndamere ult was not working with warwick around, especially when he was supressed, when the ult had already been clicked, I know what ur thinking, he wasnt clicking it at the right time, but no he would click it and die 1 seconds after it was clicked instead of 5 seconds of undying rage.
