[PATCHER/LAUNCHER] Clicking invisible Launch button during patch triggers the launch sound

Was patching my game after a fresh install, and noticed that when I mouse over the area of the screen where the Launch button appears, the mouse cursor changes to the hand. If you click this area during the patching process when the hand mouse icon is shown (not the arrow), it triggers the launch sound that usually plays when actually launching the game. This appears to have no effect on the current patching operation, and continuously clicking the invisible Launch button just makes the sound play over and over again
