[Gameplay] Poppy E and Passive interaction

There currently is a wierd interaction in Poppies kit that I think really hurts her gameplay a lot and happens quite often too.

Steps to reproduce:

• Pick Poppy
• Use E on enemy unit (on max range), while the passive is up
• Right click enemy during the dash

Expected result: Poppy travels the full distance, taking the enemy with her.

Observed result: Poppy stops halfway through to autoattack.
