Ivern, Sunfire Cape, and Mobo boots (Gameplay)

Boots of Mobility are being counted as in combat when near jungle monsters while having Bami's Cinder or Sunfire cape even though he can't attack the monsters and it doesn't do damage to them.

That does seem like an oversight to be sure, hope it gets fixed.

Also, boots of mobility get canceled when he smites a camp (even though it doesn't do damage), but not when he takes it without smiting. IDK if it's intended to work that way or not, but it seems like smiting isn't "combat" for Ivern (unless you're smiting Dragon/Baron, which does do damage obviously).

I believe that is intended (don't remember where I saw that, sorry)--smiting is supposed to put you "in combat" even if no damage is dealt. A similar case that I haven't tested: does smiting a champion with red smite cancel your mobi boots?
