In-game Delay and Freeze ups Server Lagg??

I do not have video of the delays but for some odd reason i was getting in my last game in a norm draft with J4 really awful game freezes and graphical bugs my internet is not the problem due to the fact that i had between 85-90 ping.. I asked my teammates and they were getting some of that same issues also.. Either though i went 9-4-32 and we won i had time delays on all of my skills to be casted.. I was even using Ventrillo and it shows my ping around 45.. i have very good signal strength in my house on my wireless Adapter that ive had for nearly 2 years without any problems.. The delay and reaction times were anywhere between .5-2.5 seconds in delay and if my whole team is getting it then its not my internet then.. anyone esle that has had these issues in their last few games would like too see the feedback..
