Nemesis Draft Icon Bugged.

So my friend got this weird icon which we thought was a bug. It showed the chat muted icon. Upon investigation I found it was actually the nemesis draft icon, but it was glitched and unviewable. So if someone is using it, others see it as this bugged icon if they don't own it.
