Tear of the Goddess

I've only had this happen to me once, and is extremely situational, and should test it some more but... I was playing an ARAM and had a item 3070 as a starting item. Played very defensively and didn't die until at least 15-20 min in. I was doing so well, and building mostly AP, but I figured why not build both? So I bought item 3003 & item 3004 cause I was Nasus and have mana at 18 runes. To my advantage, i saw that once i bought both, the mana charge was the same for both items, 520/750 and any time I received max mana from one, it applied to both, and they both evolved at the same time.

Now I know normally item 3003 's mana charge trumps item 3004 and shouldn't be charging at the same time due to the unique passive.

I'll have to test this out a bit more, and after looking at the wiki for statistics. I run Blitzcrank & Nasus a lot, so building both items wont be a detriment to gameplay.

"Selling item 3070 Tear of the Goddess and its upgrades removes the bonus mana. There is a small window of time during which item 3070 Tear of the Goddess or related items can be re-bought while still retaining the bonus mana stacks. In addition, while any Tear of the Goddess or related item is held, the bonus mana stacks are retained, even if the original item used to gain the stacks is sold."

Could be where the problem lies and creates the bug, the game thinking that they are both made from the same item 3070.

On a side note, having an item that worked like item 3070 but for HP would be quite cool, since Spirit of the Ancient Golem was taken out limiting some of the heavy HP builds.
