Tier 2 Turrets Are Clickable From the Jungle

For at least the past few patches the Tier 2 Turrets have been broken in League of Legends. As you can see even if you click far away from the turret the game thinks you are clicking it so you will attack it. This happens 10/10 times on every Tier 2 turret although the range changes randomly it seems. Link to Reddit post. Link to Youtube Video
