The emote I got from a hextech chest dissapeared!!

I recently opened up a hextech chest, and I got Illaoi's emote "Kraken skulls". The problem is when I go to my Emote inventory it isn't there, it's also missing from the crafting inventory. ON TOP of that the emote doesn't even appear in the shop in the first place. Almost as if the emote doesn't exist!

I got the key fragments by using "Wolf tokens" to get the key fragments to forge a key and opened one of my already owned chests. Can I get any help with this?
