Bug with champion select

Me and my friend were queueing up to play one for all and when we all accepted and they all got into champ select and my game messed up and wasn't connecting to the champ select and i was banning, i had no other choice but to exit the game because it was 2 bans in and i missed all of them, and i closed the game and logged back in and got a leave buster... i should not have goten a leave buster time for something that the game did. and this has happened to me and my friends multiple times on a bunch of different PCs, please fix this or make a way to tell if someone actually leaves champ select or it was a bug... i posted this before with the title leaver buster and it got taken down, idk why i had it in the Reporting a bug section so idk,
