[GAMEPLAY] Karthus ult set to normal cooldown in URF

My screenshot is gone sadly, however I know how it happens. If you are ulting as Karthus and get killed right before the ult finished the cool-down gets set to the normal 3 minute+ cool-down. Instead of the 30 second cool-down. This is fixed after the next ult (so it's not a major issue but it happens . . . ).
