queue isnt working

Everytime I try to play a game it freezes and says I declined multiple games when I did not do anything and makes me wait 10 minutes until I can go into queue again and if I do go into draft pick it freezes and makes other players and myself go back and also because of that I have to wait sometimes and is very irritating please fix this bug so I can enjoy league of ledgends without any problems.
